Description

Developing Fluency in The Living-Systems Thinking Technology of Regenerative Development

The Continuing Development course is for practitioners seeking increased effectiveness and creativity in applying and adapting regenerative thinking and practices across different fields and situations. Participants look behind the frameworks, techniques and tools introduced in TRP to understand why and how they work, and deepen their understanding of the underlying thinking technology and scientific and philosophical foundations of regenerative development.

This course will engage you in and enable you to contribute to an ever-expanding library of frameworks, growing the capability to discern which framework or combination of frameworks is called for by a given situation, opportunity or challenge in your professional or personal life. While the course content is continually unfolding, the course’s thematic focus is organized into six-month units to give participants flexibility in terms of how they interact with this ongoing stream.

Becoming a regenerative practitioner is a life-long path. We keep regenerative work alive in us and in the world by continuing to challenge ourselves and support each other in deepening growth and development in our personal and professional lives. The Continuing Development course provides an opportunity to join with others in a structured environment that supports us in staying on this path, tying ongoing inner development to increasing effectiveness in the world.
