| Reflecting back on the potential I first saw for this work and myself in it and how that has shifted — what is the next order of actualization (i.e., developmental edge) I am being pulled toward? | Depuis 2019, mon implication dans la formation TRP, je me considère comme pleinement engagée dans une approche regenerative. Cette dernière fait echo à mes engagement professionnels antérieurs, humanistes, écologiques, intégratifs et sensibles. Ce que je souhaite developper cette année c'est ma capacité à travailler ensemble autrement. C'est aussi, ma capacité à transmettre et enseigner. Since 2019, my involvement in the TRP training, I consider myself fully committed to a regenerative approach. The latter echoes my previous professional commitments, humanistic, ecological, integrative and sensitive. What I wish to develop this year is my ability to work together differently. It is also my ability to transmit and teach. |
| What inner development will that require? | Changer complètement ma façon de travailler et de vivre avec "les autres" (et avec moi-même!), afin qu'elle devienne developmentale. Completely change the way I work and behave with "others" (and with myself!), so that it becomes developmental. |
| What would reconciling those make possible in terms of the evolving role I could play and the unique contribution I could make? | Apprendre à coopérer pleinement libèrera mon plein potentiel de contribution aux changements du monde, que ce soit dans l'approche des projets, dans la transmission, ou dans mon implication dans des organisations non gouvernementales porteuses de sens. Learning to cooperate fully will release my full potential for contributing to changes in the world, whether in the approach to projects, in transmission, or in my involvement in meaningful non-governmental organizations. |
