SUMMARY:Gift the Garden Aotearoa: Help with mahi!
DESCRIPTION:We have a fantastic opportunity coming up and we are seeking people to come help deliver another garden\, this time in a public space – 429 Tamaki Drive – the scruffy wall in front of Scallinis \nA crack team has developed a beautiful design to deliver: \n\nhuman kai & community engagement (seating and a game board)\nwildlife food and habitat\, (herbs and insect hotels)\nOverall beautification with art\nAll using recycled materials where possible\n\nWe need you please to help with the mahi. Friday & Saturday will be hard landscaping and removal of old soil/rubble\, (adults only).  Sunday will be about planting and some fun activities in the form of pebble painting and making insect hotels\, great for bringing the kids to this day. \nIf you are willing and able to be part of this awesome initiative\, please let me know (email here) and more details will follow. \nNB Timings are to be finalised but likely to be between 9/10am  and 12/1pm each day. \nPS If you have any old bricks/terracotta/ natural timber/log offcuts you want to dispose of – bring along! \nGIFT-THE-GARDEN TAMAKI WALL FLYER 2022 \n
