| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Learning, expanding my horizon, listening, experiencing with purpose and challenging my beliefs |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | (co-)educating myself and others |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I want to generate value though my own learning and also through the exchange with others |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Personally, I want to become more patient, empathic and insightful in most areas of my life (also with myself) and learn how to exploit untapped potential. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | In my profession I would like to be able to better connect people, tasks, projects, ideas etc within the whole system I am working in in order to exploit untapped potential and increase effectiveness and impact of our work. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I am not sure, what to put here. I guess, I have been lucky to, so far, to have been able to follow my instincts and have the opportunity to self-reflect. Also, I am fortunate enough to have had the resources (time, money, cognitive capacity and motivation) needed to be here now... |
| 7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | For me, stumbling across permaculture and also yoga has been left quite an impact. Also, my colleague Albrecht von Müller has been an inspiration for the past year. Other than that, I constantly learn from family, friends and the people I meet |
| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | I know too little about life at this point to have a definite philosophy. However, in general, I believe that everything is connected and the famous sentence of Heraklit "Panta Rhei" which means "everything flows/is in motion" really resonates with me. Humans, I believe, are no exception. We are connected to each other and all things surrounding us, ever changing, ever giving out and receiving energy. |
