1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Continuing to practice in the architecture and built environment. There is a draw to work on landscape driven projects, where context, geology and hydrology help dictate suitable construction approaches.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Directing a design studio where collaboration with people in other disciplines is crucial to the success of projects. To help steer the design approach here in the UK and for the India team we have within the studio.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Goal is to find the language, frameworks and approaches to help work with clients, other consultants and my teams to reach new levels of thinking and therefore result in deeper more impactful results.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

It feels that strengthening my role as facilitator and becoming someone that can hold space for conversations and deep work to occur is of importance.

5. And for professional growth?

To become a focused and clear business service provider. To allow the business to evolve in the most regenerative way. There is a need to ensure quality of thought and information produced is on the highest level of relevance to the core objectives, clients or ours. There is an immediate need to make the business sustainable here in the EU as for the past 5 years we've have been working on projects in India.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Education and time thinking about the sort of architectural practice we want to be. Time has been spent building networks and creating a thriving co-working studio space here in the UK.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Buddhism and Sufism. Satish Kumar, Joanna Macy, Jeremy Lent, James Lovelock

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?
