1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My primary work is leading and stewarding a newly formed, social benefit organization into creating value in the world, in the space of personal development and consciousness.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

My role, as the co -Executive Director, is to straddle the edge of both motivating and supporting the team in place to express their capabilities while also looking outward and discerning what direction we are being called forth, and what additional resources are needed to help us get there.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

We've developed the following goals to help guide us:
1. Live and reflect Deep Living inside and out
a. Build a culture of belonging
b. Build visibility and create a gravitational force
2. Bring the Deep Living Framework alive
a. Develop the DLF curriculum
b. Create and execute a design-driven hypothesis
c. Design, produce, and deliver a portfolio of offerings (workshops, retreats, etc.)
d. Leverage publications
3. Build our Capacity
a. Develop regenerative practice capabilities
b. Strengthen and sustain infrastructure
c. Build financial sustainability

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

My next arenas in personal growth are to not get too stubborn in my own beliefs

5. And for professional growth?

My next arenas for professional growth are to be very perceptive to what resource/capabilites are missing for the team

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have invested in my education, time/energy in my career, continous learning activities (workshops, courses, etc.)

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

I've been incredibly influenced by the field of meditation research, psychedelic research in clinical settings, my own psychedelic healing experiences, cognitive therapy, somatic work, the healing power of friendship, my marriage is a whole field of learning!, Being a leader is a field of learning.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Well...that's a big question!

I believe we are each interconnected, in our bodies, hearts, and minds. Only when we connect the deepest realities of ourselves can we live to our human potential collectively. Because of this, healing the inner divide of our souls is necessary now more than ever to heal the outer divide that we witness in global conflict, oppression, environmental injustice. I believe we are both infinite/finite, everything/nothing. We are in a constant paradox, straddling multiple truths at the same time.
