Participant Questionnaires

Your NameDelfina Zagarzazú
Cohort AssignmentCohort A (Europe, MENA and South America)
1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I am drawn by regenerative agriculture. This is connected to being a new mom and wanting to have a stake in food resilience.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I’m taking this course to define where I believe I can add value

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Get involved with a local project in Spain, potentially a startup or bigger company as an ambassador. Spaniards I’ve spoken to don’t feel too encouraged about their food security which is alarming but also creates a need to share information and opportunities to feel empowered as a society.

I’d love to visit La Junquera in Murcia - a project in the regenerative space.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I don’t understand it as investment. I’ve lived following my nose, pursuing projects places and people that inspire me and it has been very rewarding. Never pursued a career, but instead interests

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Exploring my career after becoming a mum and what work I can commit to. I sense I’m looking for a working group where my lifestyle and part time availability is compatible.
Integrating into a new community in Spain and identifying where I can add value (Feeling empowered after this course to have a more clear understanding of this )

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Small is beautiful - Schumacher
Satish Kumar

5. And for professional growth?

Coaching. I have a true passion for helping people who feel lost and without purpose or who are unaware of a different way of living. I’d want to think there is a connection with growing the regenerative work by bridging people to this space.

Possibly getting involved in farming/food but unsure.I’m quite a versatile person with many interests. I tend to naturally fall into a connector role so hard to imagine myself focused on doing manual or tangible projects versus connecting and being in intangible space with human relationships.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I can’t !
