1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Design and facilitation of courses and workshops on Regenerative Leadership and Regenerative Development for tourism stakeholders (hospitality schools, tourism destinations)

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I am called to become a resource, even though I still need to learn to embody this role best and be of service.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Developing my organization around these areas of services, offering leadership retreats and educational programs for the tourism industry, and being a resource for and building a community of practice in this industry and beyond.

In this regard, I would love to explore ways to reignite a community of practice focused on regenerative development for tourism together with the Regenesis Institute. Please, let me know if this could be of interest to you.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have been studying regenerative leadership and regenerative development to improve my understanding of these concepts and learn new tools and frameworks I can integrate into my work. I have also been studying and embedding contemplative practices in my daily life (mindfulness, yoga, Qi Gong, ancient wisdom, and philosophies).

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Incorporate the thinking and frameworks we are studying in my daily life, in how I design, and in the way, I approach my personal and professional relationships until it becomes organic.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Deep ecology - Joanna Macy, Interbeing- Thich Nhat Hanh, Theory U - Otto Scharmer, Regenerative Leadership - Giles Hutchins & Carol Stanford, the intersection of universal spirituality, mindfulness and science - The Dalaï Lama & Christine Wamsler

5. And for professional growth?

I would like to cultivate the necessary skills and qualities that will enable me to become a true resource.
I would like to build a community of practice with other like-minded practitioners.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

The natural world is a complex web of relationships where all living beings are interconnected and interdependent, have inherent worth, and are equally important. Humans should cultivate their consciousness by reconnecting to their essence, developing a felt sense of care, love, and reverence for Nature. From this inner development work, they can then design their activities in ways that are regenerative for all living beings within their ecosystems.
