| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | My goal in life is to relieve others suffering and help as many to flourish as I can. My work and my personal goals are intertwined. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I have 45 years of business experience. I was VP of Sales and Marketing of a company called MathSoft that went public in February 1993. I left the corporate world in September 1993. Ever since I've worked on combining my business experience with my spiritual development. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I will need to get more specific than I've written so far. This is difficult to put into words!!! |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | I had a happy marriage for twenty years. My ex-wife, Deborah, co-created two magical women, Iona 22, and Char, 19. Deborah and I hit some rocky times in our marriage for the last four years of living together -- almost entirely my fault. We separated 7 years ago and divorced, yet we still have a very good relationship.,as I do with Char. However I've been estranged from Iona for six years. Our agreement is to see each other in person for a few days at Christmas when our entire family gets together at my sister's. I send her emails, but we agreed she won't respond. I'd like my personal growth to include understanding why she feels this way and getting back to the quality relationship we had before she turned 16. I also struggle with how best to have relationships with women. I avoid all except friendships. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Especially since my IPO in 1993 I've sought to learn about the many, many subjects I have little or no knowledge of. I'm no longer interested in or need more income or assets than I currently have, so that allows me to pick and choose how I grow professionally. My work founding Regenesis Reno allows me to combine all of these different areas of growth, skills, passions, and experience into the living systems view of People and Place. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I spend a great deal of my time personally and professionally getting to truly know many, many people in my community of 750,000 neighbors living in our Western Nevada biosocial region. |
