| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | An NGOs staff and operating my volunteering group. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | A leader, facilotator and a coach. |

What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I work to connect people with their deepest purpose and develop tangible and lasting skills and mindsets that take them closer to that which they seek. With a curiosity in people and what motivates and inhibits them, it is my desire to see them develop and flourish. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Spend my time with family and serve my passion which is working with young people on personal and professional growth. |

| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | Capacity development like enrolling in the course like this one and practice/apply it right away. Asking for feedback is also one of keys factors. |
