1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Building awareness, capabilities and connections that support us to better stewards of what we have and transform this is to possibilities for current and future generations - being in relation to our ecologies and environments.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Facilitator, enabler and steward

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To transform my coaching and facilitation practices to be anchored in regeneration and actively engage to enable co-creation activities.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Shed the next layer of conventional learning and the safeness and belonging that has encompassed this. I have been learning to let go and yet still there is more to let go of.

5. And for professional growth?

presence in the moment and strengthening of relationships with like minded professionals. Movement away from practices based in Newtonian and neo-classical frameworks towards more living systems frameworks.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

personal and professional development. from traditional university qualifications commencing in commerce and social sciences, to less traditional coaching and facilitation training. more recently Torrens Uni Grad Cert in Sustainable Economics which i found still too reductive and exploitative even with newer and improved models. Living Systems subject and University of Tasmania.

Bateson, Fuller, Meadows and expanding into akeoff

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

evolving and humans play a role as tending to the ecosystem
