1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

On a personal level I see my primary work as gathering concepts, stories, knowledge and experiences to reimagine systems and structures that have separated humans from instinctual self knowledge, connection with natural knowledge and connection with each other.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I see my role as finding pathways that connect people back to these ancient pillars of connection and wellbeing.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

My current goal is to retrain as a psychologist as I see the theraputic relationship as an transformative way to help people find these pathways. My aim while on this journey is to restore these pillars in my own life through seeking out like minded people, groups and courses.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

My next arenas for personal growth is to bring my voice and thoughts to the collective and belive that I do have something of worth to offer

5. And for professional growth?

I am currently a student so my professional growth is the stretching related to academic study

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have invested in working as a health professional for 20 years mostly in areas that have a large mental health component - feel distatisfied with the medical model of care has prompted me to retrain.
I have invested in running groups that celebrate ritual and seasons
I have invested in personal healing, present and aware parenting and being a primary caregiver to my children

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Health and wellbeing, psychology and counselling, spiritual traditions inlcuding sacred nature have all been important fields of learning.

Off the top of my head thinkers include Sharon Blackie, Gabor Mate, Sue Monk Kid, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Manda Scott

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Not easily - I think that humans are nature and an important philosphical consideration is what are our roles and responsibilites in the cosmos as the human species?
