1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Building culture in organisations around sustainability and regenerative practices. Upskilling people on these practices and helping them understand how to incorporate it into their work.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Community connecter/weaver, facilitator, educator. I also enjoy being knees deep in the work and learning as I pursue challenges

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Understand how to build a community and what glue works best to hold community together in different experiences. Understand how to make regenerative design concepts tangible, accessible, and exciting for people knew to the space.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Deep reflection, direction-setting, patience and listening to the universe

5. And for professional growth?

Building expertise and deep knowledge, facilitating ambiguous conversations around these topics

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I've sacrificed being near my family, I've spent lots of time looking inward. I've found meditation, connection with my community, and breathwork to be important in connecting and being at peace with myself. I've committed me free time to volunteering to run an Australian chapter for Climate Designers.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

The universe (not just earth) is a connected system, of which humans play one small part. We must rebalance ourselves with the universe in order to find a place close to harmony. This does not mean just doing the physical work in the world, but also the spiritual work within ourselves and our communities. Healthy minds = health planet.
