| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Built environment design |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I see my involvement in this field to be an opportunity to connect with and bring into practice, a sense of deeper knowledge and understanding around connection to place. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | This feeling is in its infancy and I’m looking for tools/knowledge to help me understand and develop the awareness I feel I need moving forward. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Understanding my current limited thinking and developing tools to tap into a deeper ‘knowing’ that regenerative design seems to revolve around. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Applying this acquired knowledge and understanding to the practice of design in my chosen field, investigating the effects and benefits I hope it will bring. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | Myself. Trusting that I deserve to follow my passions and in so doing, I’ll find a deeper sense of belonging and purpose, satisfaction and reward. If has taken risk and sacrifice. |

What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | Learning about self, about the planet, about respect for cultures far more attuned to natural processes than my own. I’ve learnt something of value from everyone I have met, everything I have read, and everything I have seen. No particular ’thinkers’ have stood out more than others. |
| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | Evolving! Knowing that I will likely never truly understand life, and my/our role as humans in it. To remain curious, humble, and open, enjoying the unavailing of knowledge as it arrives in its own unique way on my own unique journey. |
