1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My wellbeing, without my health and vitality, everything else suffers. Having done a large body of work to sort out a skin condition that was really impacting my quality of life which I finally repaired after years of work (yay!), I realised this is the most important thing to me that I need to continue to work on.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Still figuring this out...

I thought it was engineering and technical work, then it became building consultant and now it's climate researcher and climate communicator for a think tank.

Otherwise I think it's maybe change agent? Working on systems solutions in some capacity.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Goal is still to find where I best add value, not that I'm not doing it, but I aim to enhance this in time.

Grow systems mindset and capability to influence solution outcomes.

For humans, it's fundamentally relatively simple, to participate in life in a way that grows the vital conditions for life to thrive as Jane Benyus puts it so beautifully.
