Cohort AssignmentAustralia 2023
1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My primary work as we move into TRP: is to do the inner selfwork to be aligned with regenerative development and to start putting my voice out there to create aligned opportunities to do this work. I am a career transition point - where I am right now is value extractive I can't stay here any longer.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I don't ever see just one role...
Sometimes I'm a coach - working with people to help them take that next step (whatever that might be on their journey)
Sometimes I'm an educator or facilitator - designing experiences that help people see things from other perspectives
I think I could also play a provocateur - I do this in my workshops but would be interesting to explore what that looks like online to get people to challenge their thinking.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

1. Identify my obstacles to holding the regenerate paradigm in my life
2. Make sense of a framework of how to do regen in practice
3. Begin working with aligned people in my place (Adelaide)

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Letting go of people pleasing
Letting go of helplessness
Letting go of fear
Leaning into courage
Leaning into love
Leaning into aligned people

5. And for professional growth?

Tricky one
I feel burnt out from my role and so I feel like I need some time and space to be able to think clearly.
The challenge for me to resolve is what is good enough? I struggle with the small details and so do they really matter (people tell me they do...)
For me professionally, I want to enjoy it again...to have fun, to have good people there and do some challenging work together but enjoy the ups and downs along the way.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

This course
I'm actively stepping away from my role with not much - space to find

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Design-led innovation - Kees Dorst
Complexity Theory and Management - David Snowden
Indigneous Wisdom - Tyson Yunkaporta, Aunty Mary Graham, Uncle Max Harrison
Experiential Learning - Paulo Friere, Kolb, University of Technology Sydney - TD School, KaosPilot
Sport and Exercise Science, Health - Client-centered coaching

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Our role is to be stewards of the earth, we have lost our consciousness and by regaining it can begin to co-evolve and regenerate it.
