I work in an environment team within local government as a Senior Sustainability Officer. I see my role as two-fold, one with an internal focus, the other an external focus that works with community. As an internal consultant, I help teams think collectively on strategic projects and sometimes I help them develop key strategies and action plans.

To be present to opportunities that arise to build regenerative capacity for people, teams communities nested in place.

Intimacy and vulnerability.

Creating co-creative spaces for all to grow and see greater possibility and to act, to begin the journey.

Lots of study into self organising systems, group processes, living systems theory, participatory action planning etc etc . . .. . that has informed my practice as I work on various projects across the organisation, with external stakeholders and community.

Living Systems Theory, Santiago Theory of Cognition, Communities of Practice, Dialogic Conversation, Open Space Theory, knowledge creation and innovation theory . . .. to name but a few 🙂
Also, my spiritual studies, my training to teach Yoga, and then teaching yoga for 13 years, part-time, one night per week.

That all is Spirit and humankind, and Gaia, are intimately link in a co-evolutionary dance. Every human re-incarnates, to love, be kind, and grow closer to their inner divine self.
