1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I am an experienced facilitator, coach, and consultant with recent experience in leadership and organizational development. I am also passionate about making a positive impact for the planet. I founded the group "Yo Amo Verde" (which translates to "I love green"), focused on generating more environmental awareness among residents of Puerto Rico and its diaspora. I also knock on doors and bring community education.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I see myself doing community education and also bringing the regenerative message to business, which is my educational and professional background.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Through this course, I am building my credentials and wanting to identify material that I can communicate to communities and business about regeneration. I am planning on launching an online movie series in which we will include movies about regeneration.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Continue to put myself out there bringing the message while engaging in regenerative self-care that keeps me vibrant.

5. And for professional growth?

Continue to learn and keep up to date as green takes over in many areas of society, such as decarbonization, buildings, green spaces, environmental justice, etc.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I took 2 courses by Pachamama Alliance in 2021, launched my online group "Yo Amo Verde," executed 2 community education projects so far, built a network, now signed up for this course and soon expecting to start another course about the recycling industry.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Business, sociology, sustainability, coaching, personal growth

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I believe that we are on the planet to work, to contribute, to leave a positive legacy. I think we get many things wrong on the planet. Our systems are part of what we've gotten wrong and we need to change them. We are at a juncture of making the changes we want to see in our democracy, economic system, justice, green awareness...
