1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I am working as a designer of participatory processes. I support people, groups, and communities to convene and host conversations which are relevant and necessary for them to agree on collective wise actions. At the same time, I am in a phase of learning to use what I have learnt. While I am in this TRP series, I am finishing a course of Graphic Recording, and I am training as facilitator of Dances of Universal Peace, all that with the deliberate intention of supporting the germination of a new life project related to the caring of inhabited natural ecosystems.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Art and Part. In my work, the one that provides me livelihood, I do practice the principles of Participatory Leadership in the sense of cultivating the inner qualities of my individuality to offer quality of presence in the collective decision-making spaces a help con conceive. I do apply the same to my seed-stage-new-life-project..

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To continue being able to design participatory processes for people, groups, and communities in a way that pays me better and is more effective and accurate in the impact -at all dimensions of regeneration- required short and long term.

To be able to design a comprehensive and properly scaled route for my life-project on caring inhabited natural ecosystems; this will start with the constitution of an intentional community to buy and live in 124 has of land in Amazon-Andean Forest.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Mastering personal strategy and prioritization of activities of work and revenue.
Prioritizing health and caring the body.
Cultivating new levels of deepness in the relationship with my family: mom, dads, siblings, niece, and nephews.
Cultivating the field for romantic love and partnership.

5. And for professional growth?

Practicing regenerative design
Mastering personal strategy and prioritization of activities of work and revenue.
Connecting intentional community building with lines of income generation.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Time, energy, attention, and money in joining courses, attending gatherings, taking roles of responsibility, among others.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I believe in equilibrium and movement, in interdependance and unity.
I believe that human can be instruments of evolution and agents of peace, love and harmony with in nature.
I believe that we have the capacity and the responsibility of knowing our inner territory and the territory which supports us, so we can love what we know, and can care what we love.
