Cohort Assignment | Europe Summer-Fall 2023, Cohort 2 |
1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | At this stage of my life, I am confident in the growth of my consciousness (even though the journey never ends), enabling me to contribute to projects with a greater purpose regarding our relationship with the planet and all living species. Currently, I am shaping my professional path to engage in work and volunteer opportunities within organizations that focus on the development of regeneration. |
2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I am on a journey to shape my life, aiming to live each day in resonance with my purpose. I am actively seeking job and volunteer opportunities where I can channel my energy, life experience, and talents into meaningful service. |
3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I am making personal and professional changes to establish an educational and communicative project about Regeneration in Spanish. To bring this project to fruition, I am actively seeking to acquire certain skills and knowledge, which I aim to strengthen. |
4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | I perceive my personal growth as intertwined with the acquisition of skills and abilities that enrich both myself and my professional journey. With this perspective in mind, I am planning to undergo training/self-training in the field of education. |
5. And for professional growth? | Over the past 8 years, I have been dedicated to personal growth and heightened self-awareness. Presently, I am filled with confidence, which is why I am driven to embark on the personal project of aiding in the dissemination of Regeneration across Latin America. |
6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I have dedicated my energy, commitment, and way of life to participating in projects that share a vision for the well-being of living beings and the planet. Five years ago, I made the decision to leave my job and my home, embarking on a journey to find ways to contribute to the urgently needed paradigm shift. During this time, I completed the Permaculture design course, engaged in the Design of the Social Field for Ecovillages course, and pursued courses in regenerative project design. Concurrently, I volunteered with the team at El Manzano eco-school in the Bio Bio region of Chile. I leveraged my professional experience in digital product development and strategy, having worked extensively in digital marketing and communication strategies. In the previous year, I embarked on a journey with the Glocalminds Foundation, an ally of El Manzano. Remarkably, after a span of four years, I once again began receiving a salary. At present, I am not engaged in regular employment as I am prioritizing my health recovery from an autoimmune disease. Fortunately, I am experiencing significant improvement, and I hold the belief that life's unpredictable nature has enabled me to persist on the path I've chosen. I remain confident that I will eventually be able to participate in a project that aligns with my aspiration to continue along the regenerative practitioner path. |
7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | The thinkers who have significantly influenced my life journey are primarily Chilean: Claudio Naranjo, Humberto Maturana, and Lola Hoffmann (although not Chilean by birth, she has lived her life in Chile). Additionally, I hold great admiration and respect for Krishnamurti. At present, I am guided by the vision and mission of the following individuals in the world: Vandana Shiva and Carol Sanford (whose work centers around The Seven First Principles of Regeneration). |
8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | I perceive myself as a component of a grander scheme—one rooted in complete love. In this expansive field, I fulfill my role by being the best version of myself, channeling my utmost potential into even the smallest of tasks. I hold the awareness that I don´t have control over external occurrences, and thus, the essence lies in placing trust in the larger design. This journey involves mastering the art of dancing within the system, harmonizing with the greater plan. |
