| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | I am a consultant trying to disrupt current siloed practices and thinking within myself and others. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Integrator/change agent - hopefully |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I need to expand my toolbox and also develop myself to lead in this space. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | A lot of inner work - resilience, wintering, renewal, emotional intelligence |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Leadership/Entrepreneurship |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I invest a lot personally in my work and feel a bit that I am at a breaking point where I seem to give more than I get. I chase knowledge with fervor and maybe struggle to pace myself and not take on too much at once. |
| 7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | systems thinkers - starting with Donnella Meadows. Am following a couple other courses related to regeneration now which are very inspiring as well. Thinkers like Laura Storm, Giles Hutchins, etc. |
| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | I dont know if I can articulate it well. I do believe life is about connection and community and we have largely strayed from that with the current trajectory. This is the heart of regeneration I feel and so warmly welcome this practice as a means to heal this deep disconnection and divide that requires us to move beyond ego the the wastes of modern society. |
