To create a set of transition toolkits (primarily on paradigm shifts) to adapt and convert into Regenerative Living in the higher educational environment.

Educator, facilitator, guide, messenger

To prepare Generation Z before they step into society after graduation

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

There is still plenty to explore and experience with regard to Regenerative practice. My 10-year plan is to acquire a piece of land and practise Regenerative living to have close contact and relation with land and our ecological systems.

5. And for professional growth?

To extend my network (of various professions) and understand what is their 'worldview' and how near or far their industry (or focus) is to Regenerative thinking.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I've enrolled on a 2 years Master's degree research focusing on this topic. Currently, one more year to go. I am also a volunteer in 2 different Regenerative farms (one agriculture and one husbandry) learning hands-on applications.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Design, architecture, psychology and philosophy

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

Humans' worldviews and paradigms must embed and embrace ecological systems into our lifestyles as much as possible. We must educate and retune the younger and future generations on the values of life and success which is to co-pilot with nature and its resources for a more resilient and stable planet for all.
