1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

+ Co-create a regenerative coaching and consulting business; that is
… empowering people and organizations to work regeneratively
… inviting people to remember how to participate in nature: to lead as nature, to co-create as nature
… going beyond sustainability: going deeper; focusing on essence, adapted to context and modern times, focusing on thriving
… going beyond the bubble: pathways for not having to break away or escape from the market, society, etc.

+ Co-create regenerative communities, that
… go hand in hand with regenerative livelihoods
… foster aliveness and are in service to life
… deeply rooted in place and in a culture of deep connection

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

+ Explore pathways for regenerative work, supporting people, communities and businesses
+ Bridge pathways: exploring pathways of regeneration, bringing together paradigms, people, practices; connecting learning, prototyping
+ Pioneer new practical approaches and projects
+ Share my gifts and being of service to life

+ Create coaching/consulting business
+ Create my approach/methodology
+ Build a regenerative livelihood

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

+ Empowerment: self-efficacy, autonomy, resiliency
+ Self-Love: healing, trust, care
+ Time for action: doing, daring, trusting
+ Being regenerative: walk the talk, bridging work and life/create synergies, being nature

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

+ Exploring pathways of regeneration
a lot of training (on the subject matter of regeneration, on process design and facilitation)
a lot of volunteering, practicing
growing into different roles (operational work, project management, process facilitation, consultancy, research)
exploring different contexts

+ Exploring self
exploring my wounds and gifts (who am I and how am I here to serve?)
exploring my relationships (self, community, nature)
finding my place (with has entailed saying no to security and comfort; at least so far!)

Permaculture design, cultural emergence

Process design and facilitation: Theory-U, Generative Coaching, co-creation/living labs, design thinking

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

We all participate in nature. We all co-create with nature. We all are nature.
By becoming our natural selves, we can create and hold space for humans and more-than-humans to co-create and thrive together.
