While 99% of the time I have a structured opinion, I know what to do next, and I can be very persuasive; many times I don't know how I feel about it. This "clarity" of the next steps alongside my personality and strong character, often makes people around me feel left out.

I want to work on better blending my rational and emotional side in my day to day.

Hard work would be the first, but it is built with a lot of work on preparation, self-acknowledgment of my mistakes, resilience, perseverance, challenging my ego and my impostor's syndrome, and investing in the right networking.

We are part of a system, and wherever you stretch you will stress somewhere else, meaning whatever you do to others, you will get it back in a shape or form. So you just have to be the best version of yourself and let the system be. Everything is a work in process, and you have to trust the process.
