1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?
Helping organizations and teams in their transformation through innovation and strategic design

Helping the team in whatever comes. Playing the role of strategy co-designer by facilitating, moderating, following up, removing blockages, and gathering and analyzing data.
3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?
Creating a more self-governed team where people can choose their fields to develop work, and decisions rely less on the management team.
4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?
While 99% of the time I have a structured opinion, I know what to do next, and I can be very persuasive; many times I don't know how I feel about it. This "clarity" of the next steps alongside my personality and strong character, often makes people around me feel left out.
I want to work on better blending my rational and emotional side in my day to day.
5. And for professional growth?
Developing a more systemic understanding to approach and leveraging better the impact of my work in the more extensive systems
6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?
Hard work would be the first, but it is built with a lot of work on preparation, self-acknowledgment of my mistakes, resilience, perseverance, challenging my ego and my impostor's syndrome, and investing in the right networking.
7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?
Innovation, Strategic Design, Theory U, Adaptive Leadership, facilitation, and business.
8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?
We are part of a system, and wherever you stretch you will stress somewhere else, meaning whatever you do to others, you will get it back in a shape or form. So you just have to be the best version of yourself and let the system be. Everything is a work in process, and you have to trust the process.
