| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | As primary work - understood from a professional point of view - I work at Impact Hub Barcelona, a global impact community with presence in more than 65 countries and 100 cities. We promote a regenerative economy in which collaboration between organisations and entrepreneurs accelerates the transition towards social and environmental change. Specifically, I work in the consulting area of Impact Hub Barcelona, a Hub that was born just before the pandemic and in which a group of committed people are working hard to make it grow, hand in hand with our colleagues from IH Madrid and Malaga and the whole community. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | To push, grow and consolidate the project in the city of Barcelona. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I feel I need to find and unfold my potential |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | I have always considered myself a very rational person who has neglected the more spiritual side. However, since I became a mother 4 years ago, I have embarked on a journey of self-awareness and personal knowledge that I want to continue to cultivate. I also want to continue working on balancing my professional, personal and family life. Let each occupy its proper space and let them nurture and feed off each other. |

And for professional growth? | Throughout my more than 15 years of professional experience I have worked in various fields: cooperation and international relations, public policy development in the socio-economic and territorial field, impact investment and entrepreneurship, and community development. I want to consolidate everything I have learned and put it at the service of generating real impact. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I consider that having travelled and lived in several countries is one of the biggest investments I have made to get where I have reached, both personally and professionally. |

| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | As I mentioned above, motherhood gradually awakened my more emotional and spiritual self. Seeing how my daughters grow and develop, how they relate to themselves, to each other, to the environment and to nature has made me realise the natural role that people play in life. Of the need to unlearn what we have learned, to live more consciously and more connected to the here and now. |
