1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

My main work, at this stage of my life, is a mission I embraced 27 years ago. I work in the area of consumer rights and this allows me to provide support and advice on emerging issues in consumer relations as well as support in conflict resolution. It is a job that fulfills me. Working with and for human beings is perfectly aligned with my life purpose and this allows me to do a completely different job than usual. I feel that I am doing well, but I want to enhance my action in the territory and be able to contribute to a more integrated work with all parts of the system.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I see myself playing a much more active role in the community and enhancing the work between the various social actors, compared to what I already do.
As a dynamic and active person in society, I see myself making an even bigger difference, contributing and creating differentiating projects that allow the creation of new social, cultural, business, and environmental dynamics. I want to bring more serenity, more peace, more harmony to the countryside, and bring many more smiles to the faces of the people I work with.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

My intention/goals/objectives are high, very high. They are perfectly clear.
I want to bring to the communities with whom I will work (at this moment I work at a national level), new perspectives of approach to social issues in the communities and promote a more sustainable look by the local and national political power on the different areas of action in which I work. It is important for me to feel that we are together in a movement that is premised on human value and the value of the planet. I want to promote teamwork by bringing new tools to the field and envision a more cohesive and harmonized future among the various stakeholders.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

My next work arenas that I envisage are deeply connected to human development and the development of the territories in a perspective of being at the service of the other and of the system.
I want to make a difference in the way common goals can be achieved and bring a better quality of life to everyone in the system.
I want to contribute to a humanity more aligned with itself and aware of the impact it brings to the field where it moves.
I really want to make a difference in the world starting with the world on my doorstep.

5. And for professional growth?

I really want to create and develop a professional career from these regenerative subjects. I feel like it's a big part of me, working regenerative systems and leadership. I smile just thinking about it.
I want to be able to develop a job that delivers a smile to my face, that delivers soul and motivation, a job that makes me feel part of something much bigger than myself.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I invested all my energy to get where I am today.
I have given myself heart and soul to the various projects I have been working on (I don't know how to live any other way), be it professional projects or volunteering.
I made choices that at times challenged my family and financial security because I believed I was doing the best for the community. I gave up a successful career in big companies, because I felt that being at the service of others brought me more happiness and peace. I defied family, social norms and beliefs and followed what my heart dictated. And he was right.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

The areas of work that I have been developing in recent years are linked to human development.
Areas such as conflict management, time management, coaching, neurolinguistic programming - NLP, Social Presence Theater, mindfulness, U Theory, among many others...
People who inspire me are Dalai Lama, Mingyur Rinpoche, Robin Sharma, Nelson Mandela, Marco Aurélius, Walt Disney, Vasco Gaspar, Manuel Teles (20 years old saxophonist), my children, my friends.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

My philosophy of life is based on this:
I believe in human generosity and kindness. I believe in human beings.
I believe that love is the inexhaustible source of life on earth. That everything I do out of love is good for me and for everyone.
The quote that I have associated with what I do is: "Just from the heart"

I am a human being. I live with and at the service of human beings. We are all one and we are in this (world), all together.
