1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Consciously designing my life to develop the capabilities necessary so that I may function more effectively and contribute in a meaningful way.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

Through personal health issues I have become very aware of how our current housing, cultural conditioning, and infrastructures are making us sick. The role I'm seeking to stretch into is being a resource and designer for regeneration and well-being.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To apply Framework thinking into my daily life.

Main Framework Aim currently- Socratic Framework -Waking myself up, choosing my state of being, upgrading my thinking, acknowledging limitations, looking deeper.

To invest fully into the TRP.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

I feel this course and cohort will provide an accelerated opportunity for personal growth. Also planning to join Carol Sanford’s Seed Community In the future.

5. And for professional growth?

I am 37 and have done construction trades and Landscaping with no further education After High School. I've decided to move into a new phase /career
of my life and very much would like to contribute collaboratively with teams and projects in Fields of design, sustainability, consciousness, and regeneration. I'm using TRP for personal and professional growth and to find a nodal point I can contribute to. This nodal point will be my next professional growth, most likely in the form of a bachelor's degree. Also interested in certifications like WELL AP, LEED AP.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I've invested in my partnership with my wife. (15 years)

A consistent desire to understand human Nutritional Health which has led me to Ayurveda/Vedic Teachings which in my opinion is based on a living system framework.

I have had quite the Curiosity and practice to develop consciousness, spirituality, energy, meditation, and teachings over mindfulness.

I have invested in Carol Sanford's books and have applied them to my life. I have found her work to be very grounding and practical way of taking action and that investment has brought me here.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Unconventional housing - Michael Reynolds
Ayurveda, Buddhism, Reiki,
Agriculture/ Land Management- Market gardening- Jean Martin, Permaculture- Bill Mollison, Regrarians -Darren Doherty, Soil food web- Dr Elaine Ingham, holistic grazing- Alan savory, Urban agriculture (Hydroponics, aquaponics, backyard farming)

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I think my main guiding principle has been to fix things (problem solving)- physical objects, myself, my wife, the main being for most of my adult life was to be healthy physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally now I see all of it was done from a value return paradigm. The role humans played for this was from an authoritarian worldview. One after another I gave an expert my power and relinquished my free will and personal agency. This overall has been a long path to what I consider the true work. At one point when my health got to a level I didn't know how it all was going to work out, I contemplated about life; why was I here? I came to the realization that when it comes down to it; it's all about a series of moments. I regretted not designing for more joy, being more present, investing in grounded action that was something I had to grow into, while contributing to something Beyond Myself that was meaningful work. To be loving and compassionate to all life. So my frame has been shifting for awhile and the role humans play in it is collaborative, solidarity, co-evolution with everyone having their own purpose and agency.
