1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Externally, facilitating the design of brands, cultures, and business models that reflect an organization's authentic aspirations, it's unique strengths and capabilities, and is guided by the needs of the ecosystem/stakeholders it's embedded within. Going beyond awareness of human stakeholders and developing awareness of whole life systems when analyzing the ecosystem around an organization.

Internally, growing my capacity to feel, honing my discipline around where I put my energy, and discover the whole under which I'm integrating the different parts of myself.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

The Relating Integrator. Relating to multiple people by empathizing with their perspectives and learning how to appropriately invite them into a process of creation. Elevating the perspectives of previously marginalized populations by empowering them to guide the design process of their own solutions, and finding the relationships necessary to fuel those solutions with the resources they need for catalyzing and sustaining themselves. Using my understanding of language and words and powerful voice to communicate in ways that heal, inspire.

Using this ability to understand, relate, and connect to facilitate the creation of regenerative organizations, products, services, and initiatives. Combining the ability to integrate patterns on a macro and micro scale to create local initiatives that are positioned to ripple into larger systems to regenerate them.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Facilitating the creation of projects that create regenerative shifts by empowering and re-centering the value of grassroots leaders with inherent untapped wisdom.

Create a robust financial foundation for myself so I don’t have to have pressure to make financial income while doing regenerative work.

Have a social capacity that enables me to empower others simply by sharing it and making transformational introductions / catalyzing partnerships.

Explore and practice incorporating regenerative thinking and shared vision creation into the design of emerging technologies like web3 to set the foundation for transformational systems in the technological, political, and social realms that are designed around regenerative consciousness and thriving of all life, human and nonhuman.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Discipline around my focus and energy usage

Discovering and intentionally re-wiring harmful subconscious stories and thought patterns.

Becoming more fearless in engaging with life, saying yes to adventure

Managing personal finances responsibly

Cultivating a more aware, informed, and reciprocal relationship with mother earth

5. And for professional growth?

Improve my focus long-term on projects for an extended period of time (more than 2 years) to build stability in my career.

Improve my ability to catalyze teams, creating conditions for them to thrive, and give up control when it will empower them the most.

Tied to above - building something that lasts and brings actualized value from a multi-dimensional perspective.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

In college - invested 4 years of time and effort to do the learning and engaging with the material.

During college, invested majority of my free time and energy learning about and ideating in realms of entrepreneurship, human centered design, design thinking, and systems change.

Invested time into creating a podcast which is where I met Bill Reed from Regenesis 😃 [https://open.spotify.com/episode/5xTz7XHGepNfUIRJih4dsi?si=ec43bdccca344c9b](https://open.spotify.com/episode/5xTz7XHGepNfUIRJih4dsi?si=ec43bdccca344c9b)

Started 4 or 5 businesses, invested personal money and majority of time in all of them and invested time in reflecting upon the failures.

Invested in a study abroad experience in Amsterdam and a conference around Getting Things Done where I met a great amount of incredible interdisciplinary business people, creatives, and eco-activists.

Every morning and evening I invest time to engage in self-reflection and healing.

Invested in buying and reading hundreds of books with topics ranging from urban design to business model innovation to spiritual understanding + evolution.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Hip-Hop - KRS One, Talib Kweli, Common, Guru, Big Sean have been very important in shaping my life, especially in the early days. They have helped me connect with my heart and confidence in a way that’s unapologetic and high-integrity.

Design Thinking, Positive Psychology, and Human Centered Design have been important in helping me understand how our systems and tools influence how we think, and how our thoughts influence how we feel. Joe Dispenza has expanded on this concept for me, diving into how our thoughts and mental state affect our genetic expression and actions. These fields have shown me the key factors that come together to shape our subjective and emotional experiences, and the points of leverage we have as individuals and designers to facilitate the creation of positive emotional experiences.

Lao Tzu, Pramahamsa Yogananda, Don Miguel Ruiz, The Chakra System, and Christianity have all shaped my understanding of the spiritual experience of life, and taught me that we are on an evolutionary journey that goes beyond this life. They taught me that presence in the moment leads to infinite possibility and joyful experience.

My Dad, the Regenesis Group, Carol Sanford, Permaculture design principles, and my interactions with indigenous people and culture have taught me about the patterns of nature, how to exist in harmony with these patterns, how to be a responsible living being. It’s grounded my spiritual and mental understanding of reality and helped me integrate everything into a design practice, which I’m very grateful for.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I believe that we’re all expressions of consciousness in different stages, and our existence helps the creator of that consciousness learn. Humans seem to be equipped with greater levels of awareness / ability to transcend instinct than other living beings, and I believe that our role to play with this awareness is to participate in healing and capacity-growing rituals, projects, and habits. We have the potential to be stewards of earth. There are many different universes, with the quantum layer of reality holding within it the potential of infinite forms of existence, and it seems that humans have the potential to consciously work with those infinite forms and bring into being forms of existence where energy and awareness is built through the entire system. We’re here to see the fabric of love energy that connects all beings, and weaving that fabric in a way that facilitates healing, graceful death, love, and joy.
