| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | The project was developed by a community of homeowners in Olympia, WA that wanted a different lifestyle. As the first of it's kind in the area, they had to generate the will and utilize creativity for every component of the development in 2010. Now the community is undergoing some cultural changes that are more than place/lifestyle requirements that were not anticipated when the development was underway. The project had aspirations that wanted to uplift the ecosystem as well as the quality of life of residents in 4-6 acres. |
