Nature of The Project (e.g. building, new community, economic development, etc.)	A community building for sharing resources, encouraging connection, and exchange of knowledge and ideas, through events, learning opportunities and gatherings.
Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment?	This project fits the criteria in that it; - Is located locally for one of the team members, who has also been involved in its construction and has access to all others involved in it. - Is nearing completion in that final rendering and fittings are being installed. - Has been designed by a Sustainable Building Designer for a sustainably minded community organisation. - The project was designed to enhance and encourage community connection and engagement. - Has a number of contact person/s very interested in Regenerative Design, including the designer and clients, happy and willing to be interviewed and involved in the learning scenario.
