-mulitlayered nature of the project (personal challenge of the owner to put up a running business and developing an organic farm, curating tenants of small businesses in awareness of political and economical situation of a place in southern Britain, executing construction work of buidings and landscape)
Additional Useful Information
The owner is a journalist, working in locations of war and crisis, that inherited a 35 hectares farm in 2014 from her aunt.
A development towards organic and sustainable agriculture was a goal from the beginning.
Economical challenges had to be faced as there was no capital.
Existing tenants were probematic and had to be exchanged.
