| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | The site had a natural creek running through it and necessitated a "Waters of the United States (WOTUS)" Clean Water Act Classification. They were able to protect the creek and utilize the natural green space and trees for trails as an added wellness benefit to the users of the building. The placement of the buildings was done in a sustainable way and the buildings themselves were designed with a 100-year goal in mind. |
| Additional Useful Information | The use of a chilled water central plant that supports a chilled beam mechanical system. Solar shading and glazing coating systems utilized. Spaces designed to be flexible and adaptable over time. |
