| Nature of The Project (e.g. building, new community, economic development, etc.) | a study of a company development We are looking at Visuality (visuality.eu), going through re-alignment of mission / values, structure, and purpose as a company (the project is in a way still "in process"). The company is looking to integrate the principle of regenerative practice into the evolution of the company itself. We want to discover what elements of the practice were integrated in the initial design (albeit not intentionally) and where are there still gaps. We want to discover what is a "regenerative organization", how is it different from a "sustainable organization" - and how that applies to Visuality. And so we can use Visuality as a case study ("the concrete") - but hope to discover a bigger picture. |
