| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | The project has a long-term vision for sustainable development from the start, and was one of the most sustainable olympic games made. The site is cut through by canals and the river Lea, and it was significantly contaminated before the London 2012 games. We are keen to focus on water holistically, how people interact with water, and community development. This project is concrete and there's a great opporunity to be used as a case study. The Legacy Corporation already already gathered many lessons learned which we could draw from. We believe that using this project will help inspire us to apply the learnings to other projects. |
