| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | This place has been working on its sustainability strategy and its ethics as an employer and host for quite a while and has been implementing a big variety of measures in that regard, e.g. own tree plantage, solar panels, a minimum of chemicals in spa and cleaning, gradually changing the restaurant menu to local/bio, theme days, local program to teach children swimming, working groups for employees to push the development etc. Lately I was involved in a workshop with them to create some future scenarios and develop further strategies to become more sustainable. So the team is highly motivated to learn more about the topic. |
