| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | At an initial glance it appears that the creation of this project had genuine intentions of creating a business that has genuine "give back" to community, customers and stakeholders. It covers a variety of fields including culture & cuisine of the area, which shares much of the embedded stories of the local region as well as education and products that reflect the local region. All 4 people in our group voted for this project idea as our primary preference and we are excited to see if any gaps appear as we traverse through the regen practitioners training. |
