| Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment? | Macaw Lodge aspires to create positive connections to the environment and to the community. It has a big component related to agricultural practices, water management and conservation for the macaw as well as projects that center the local community. The mission of Macaw Lodge is to inspire environmental conservation through mindful and sustainable practices, the lodge seeks to exist as an example that it’s possible to live happily, purposefully and in harmony with nature. |
