Why do you think this project is appropriate for the course assignment?	Because it enacts the idea of regenerative agriculture.
Additional Useful Information	The Luhrmannhof has been a classical student residence for many years. By the end of 2021 the residents got the information that the place is going to be sold. That started many meetings of the residents and as a result we formed a team that worked on how to sustain and rethink the place. Fast generational change - this results in fast renewal of the community. The place offers the possibility to realize own projects and to be used for experimenting with community processes, building, financing, growing vegetables and for free exploration of the realms of human togetherness. The Luhrmannhof supplies vegetables from a small and local community that supports agriculture. Vegetables are grown by hand and the whole setup is fully non commercial.
