| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Mentoring, teaching, and learning. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | Learning what regeneration means will allow me to spread and encourage that practice. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Thinking bigger beyond my business, set of projects, and today goals. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Leaving every situation better than if I had not entered it. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | A great deal of time, education, money, and grit. |
| 7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | Learning the practice of meditation, self-reflection, engaging from a higher wisdom, and seeking answers and new directions are the foundation of my life. |

It is important to realize that actions are like the ripple of a single raindrop that radiates far beyond the source. |
