| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Guiding my kids in their development as human beings. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | Being a guide, showing them through example. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | Aiming for congruency between what I think, what I say and what I do. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Sharing this way of life with a broader Community. Reaching more people. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Through Community Projects that deal with personal needs through focusing on using our natural resources in a conscious way, through understanding the importance of the process not so much the goal. |
| 6. What have you invested in to get you where you are? | I have invested in myself. |
| 7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life? | Through Architecture and Architects like Alvar Aalto, Luis Barragán, Oscar Hagermann, Louis Kahn and Mies van der Rohe to l philosophies like Tibetan Budhism, Yoga, passing through Anthroposophy and Rudolph Steiner and recently Maria Montessori through my kids education. Lately I have immersed myself in Permaculture through Dan Palmer reading from Bill Mollison and David Holmgreen, currently doing a PDC with Morag Gamble. Finally I have started reading Christopher Alexander, while practicing the teachings of Matthias Distefano and Eckhart Tolle. |
