1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Currently, my main focus is on advancing my education and resume my masters project. This degree in biodesign is a way to explore new opportunities, to further my expertise in this field and to create my own path for personal and professional development.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I see myself as an integrator. I like interdisciplinary research and collaborative work. I also like to find ways to explain complex concepts in a simple way. I am a lifelong learner.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

I'd like to improve my communication skills, not only to facilitate interdisciplinary team work, but also because I'd like to be able to teach, and to interest other people in this kind of work

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Being able to be aware of what is going on in my mind and what happens to others around me is definitely a challenge, as I tend to tune out

5. And for professional growth?

Speaking in front of an audience and time management are aspects to improve

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I invested myself in a path of growth and change, where I navigated through a different culture and language, other than time, effort and money.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

I've been involved in Design for a long time. In design I like to read and learn about Urban planning, Architecture, Industrial Design and Textiles. My interests led me to get into Biodesign, so I have recently been learning about Permaculture, Biology and Pedology. I've also like to learn about Health and the environment.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I think my philosophy of life may be Holism. For me all living beings are interconnected and any action has effects through the web of life. The environment is as important as the living beings who inhabit it. Our role is to recognize this interdependence and to act in a way that allows biodiversity to thrive
