| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | I resigned from my job as the head of the Foundation for a professional football club in Spain about 6 weeks ago, and I have just started doing part-time work for a consultancy company in the sustainability, social and environmetal impact space. In this sense, I see my primary work as change agent and bridge builder in the sports, health and education industries, possibly as a regenerative entrepreneur. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I think my role would be to help nurture creative ideas, connect people, develop new projects, and build bridges amongst industries. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I would like to finish this program with a clear idea, and possibly establish and test a new renegerative enterprise. |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | Taking care of myself. Having more self-compassion. Not being as demanding and trusting the processes more. |
| 5. And for professional growth? | Learning to say no, in order to focus most of my energy, in those ideas and projects that I am more suitable for. |

| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | At the heart of existence lies interconnectedness, a vast network of relationships and systems intertwining every aspect of life. From the microscopic to the cosmic, from the individual to the collective, everything is interconnected in a grand tapestry of existence. In this sense, humans are an essential part of this rich and complex web, but not the main and only actors in this orchestra. |
