1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I co-lead an architecture and landscape design practice based in London. We have a specialism in child-friendly design and work on regeneration strategies and the design of social infrastructure, green spaces and public realm with local authority and charity clients.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

advocacy for sustainable design
fostering learning and inner growth for myself and the team
guiding design development and project management
assessment and analysis of outcomes, more learning

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

Understand, nurture and connect places' inherent qualities and people rather than impose myself on them. I want to feel that our design contributions are meaningful and that we manage to sow seeds that mean that projects can evolve in response to changing circumstances rather than fall into ruin. How to work regeneratively.
Working in the earlier stages of design on research and strategy and build my ability to question and reshape briefs so that best possible outcomes can be enjoyed.
Within our team build on and expand good work that has already happened, bring whole self to work, support, cherish and grow.
Outside our team, be inspired by and inspire others, develop the skills and capacity to be an advocate for sustainable living and regenerative design.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

Build resilience and the ability to bear the discomfort of disagreements and conflict
Learn how to avoid getting stuck and to instead open new doors that allow new ideas to emerge and consensus being built.
Better understand my judgements and limitations and grow compassion for self ad others.
Be brave and follow my soul path.

5. And for professional growth?

Same as personal growth.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

Connection with family, close friends and nature, care and investment in community and neighbourhood.
Personal growth through sacred sexuality/ tantra, shamanism, family constellation and internal family systems therapy.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

All living beings and the natural world are in connection and interdependent; with humans alone suffering feelings of disconnect and alienation. meaning and sense of belonging can be found by directing our energy to shape our sphere of influence, reclaiming our place in the web and and rediscovering connection with nature.
