1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

I see myself as a researcher and an academic, but at the same time, I don´t see myself as either and as much more than that.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

I aim to step into the processes needed to reach more meaningful outcomes and strategies and see myself as a facilitator of those processes.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

First, I aim to be more conscious of my own processes, build and learn about frameworks that could guide some of those processes, and start to practice, experience, and learn from those practices.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

my spirituality and feminine side, overcoming traumas and fears

5. And for professional growth?

understand how to facilitate and mediate processes between groups of people to solve social-ecological problems and biodiversity conservation conflicts.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I have invested in diversity and discomfort - diversity of experiences; learning from different disciplines and literature; traveling a lot; experiencing various places and people; living in different countries; investing in conversations; building a diverse network of relationships; doing conventional degrees, courses, workshops, trainings, and many unconventional ones as well; exploring and accepting the diversity within myself; and doing all of that in discomfort most of the times.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

principles of sustainability, social-ecological framework, transformative research, psychology - internal family system, non-violent communication

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

my philosophy of life is towards the coexistence of nature and humans, seeing humans as part of nature, and as responsible for providing this balance through principles of equity, fairness, respect, and freedom.
