1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Ultimately I want to help to build a better system for both people and nature. One that is more fair, kind, ecological and connected.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

This is what I'm trying to figure out. Right now I need to learn more about it, that's why I'm doing this course.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

My main goal is to figure out how to contribute to build a more regenerative future - using both my professional and personal time and energy.
Once I get a clear view or direction, I want to take specific actions.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

- Connect more with my intuition. Historically I've been mostly focused on my rational mind. In the past years I've started this process of connecting more with my intuition and I want to continue that work. I feel I'm still in early stages.
- Following that up, I want to learn how to balance my rational and intuitive mind.
- I also want to figure out how to balance my professional world with my personal one, including figure out how they merge. Historically I've always think about them separately.

5. And for professional growth?

Currently I work for a tech startup focused on helping climate change.
How can I evolve my work beyond "climate change" to the regenerative realm?
And what does that mean in practice - e.g. changing jobs, doing my current job differently, having multiple projects/jobs.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

- Personally: I've invested in self-development practices such as meditation, yoga, journalling, movement, psychedelics.
- Professionally: I've transition from working in the tech world to climate tech world three years ago, I've done a Terra.do course on climate change, I joined a community to help with climate change decisions in Portugal called LIDERA, and I've organised some events in Portugal for people interested in working with climate tech.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

Meditation.
Movement and physical activity.
Science.
Technology.
Business and management.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

I believe in nature. We can also call it a living system or the universe.
Humans are part of it, like many other species.
There's no central entity. There's the energy of the collective and the system dynamics that move us forward.

I am still figuring out what is human specific role in this wider system. But I'm very confident there's one.
