| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | Reintegrating coaching, mentorship, and being a trusted advisor back into my historic role as a regenerative and resilience development consultant. |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | I like to help teams tackle wicked problems effectively through new types of conversations for action that open the possibility of creating new worlds. |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I plan to relaunch my career doing the above during this course, after taking a 3 year hiatus for further studies and refining my offering. |

| 8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it? | We are fields of energy with consciousness. We are part of an interdependent system. Humans can contribute to the level of their development and understanding, which is not very high. But it’s a start. |
