1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

Training food service personnel on the importance of proper food handling and hygiene in order to prevent and eliminate food borne illnesses.

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

My role is to educate by providing the necessary tools for knowledge enhancement. My role also includes changing the mindset from "this is the way that we have always done this", to let's try this new approach.

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

To approach the community one group at a time beginning with schools. To encourage them to view and perform their everyday duties looking through a different lens so that the changes are gradual.

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

In learning from different professionals around the globe. How to use the tools that I already have and expand them in order to produce greater holistic results.

5. And for professional growth?

Learning to embrace and incorporate ideas and systems from a wider scale of knowledge, rather than a more individualistic approach.

6. What have you invested in to get you where you are?

I am in the beginning stages of attaining my goals. Training and developing food handling professionals are my former field of work. Now, I am in the process of beginning my own business. I have attended seminars on how to brand my product and becoming impactful in the industry.

7. What fields of learning and which thinkers have been important in your life?

The hospitality industry, my former training manager boss and colleagues.

8. Can you frame your philosophy or cosmology of life? What role(s) do humans play in it?

My philosophy of life is based on the bible where I believe everything in life centers around it. Humans have a role to play but to an extent because there are some things that are beyond our capability and control.
