Facilitating a growing self-awareness in people, and supporting people to develop personal leadership and responsibility for others and their environment.

I would like to be capable to make people more aware of the impact they have and can create beyond their immediate environment and circle.

-To be more comfortabel with things simply happening, rather than feeling overly responsible. Trusting the process, trusting others, being comfortable with not being in control.

- Being a coach, personal growth means also professional growth, since I am my own instrument. So the same thing: be more trusting and less in control or leading in a session.
-To integrate what I learn about Regenerative Development in my practice and in time reach out and share this approach with people who work with international affairs and have shown an interest in this topic.

I have always invested time and energy in my personal, professional and spiritual development. I have been practicing Reiki for almost 20 years and became a Master in '21. I switched my career in '18 from diplomat to being a full-time coach and mindfulness teacher.
