| 1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life? | at 50 years of age and after stepping out of a 20 year NHS corporate programme management role, I see my primary work as influencing alternative ways of being and leading. I am keen to coach and support others in understanding their potential as well as showing them that potential is an option. I am undertaking an intense year of study and personal development in the tools of facilitation, racial equity, social justice, creativity coaching and system leadership and regenerative practice. I would like to join larger global organisations and role model the art of the possible utilising a feminine approach to leadership 'leader as host' and holding space for others to tap in the wider potential of everyone, especially those facing many barriers to participation |
| 2. What role do you see as yours to play? | A role as leader, role model (BME women), positively championing age equity, facilitator and coach working within a global economy |
| 3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above? | I aim to be employed in a way that enables me to sustain myself and my family finacially as a single parent of 3 girls, (2 x mid twenties and teenager) |
| 4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are? | definitely within a global market to address health inequities, promoting fairer health, tapping into the potential of women around the world with all that they bring alongside their caring responsibilities etc |
