1. What do you see as your primary work at this stage of your life?

at 50 years of age and after stepping out of a 20 year NHS corporate programme management role, I see my primary work as influencing alternative ways of being and leading. I am keen to coach and support others in understanding their potential as well as showing them that potential is an option. I am undertaking an intense year of study and personal development in the tools of facilitation, racial equity, social justice, creativity coaching and system leadership and regenerative practice. I would like to join larger global organisations and role model the art of the possible utilising a feminine approach to leadership 'leader as host' and holding space for others to tap in the wider potential of everyone, especially those facing many barriers to participation

2. What role do you see as yours to play?

A role as leader, role model (BME women), positively championing age equity, facilitator and coach working within a global economy
I am a volunteer restorative justice practitioner and mediator for my local constabulary

3. What goals or aims do you have in regard to the above?

I aim to be employed in a way that enables me to sustain myself and my family finacially as a single parent of 3 girls, (2 x mid twenties and teenager)
Showing up in a way that brings my voice and difference with energy and positivity and being able to stand in the disruption that may come with that approach
I think that our internal creative drive is under utilised and that everyone has capacity to contribute good into the world if their basic needs are met and they can thrive

4. Where do you feel your next arenas for personal growth are?

definitely within a global market to address health inequities, promoting fairer health, tapping into the potential of women around the world with all that they bring alongside their caring responsibilities etc
I am an advocate for relationship building across organisational boundaries and believe in the value of difference and working through conflict

We all have capacity and potential and with support, all people can learn how to make a positive contribution to the planet
